We’re on the hunt for a passionate, talented Junior Sous Chef to join our tight-knit brigade at The Square – a fine dining restaurant and top-tier events venue at the heart of Bristol’s vibrant Clifton scene.
As our new Junior Sous Chef, you’ll work alongside a team of six chefs and three KPs, producing bold, seasonal, modern British/European dishes in a kitchen that’s all about craft, creativity, and camaraderie. From à la carte to weddings, private dining to member events, your day-to-day will be varied, rewarding, and full of flavour.
