We’re looking for a commercially savvy, people-focused Sales and Partnerships Executive to drive membership and office sales, forge meaningful business relationships, and contribute to our growth strategy. You’ll be the front-facing force behind our membership expansion, representing the Square Works brand in the local business community and beyond.

Key Information for the Sales & Partnerships Executive role:

  • Full time contract – 40 hours per week with usual hours of 9am – 5pm with some flexibility to attend networking and Square Club events.
  • Package of up to £31,500 depending on experience.
  • Based at Square Works with an option to work from home for one day a week as business needs allow.
  • Will need to attend regular off site networking events.
  • Bank Holidays off
  • Reporting to the Square Works Design and Marketing Manager and Head of Community and Development

Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation

  • Identify and generate leads for private offices and flexible desk memberships.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects through outbound outreach, referrals, events, and broker relationships.
  • Creatively structure and negotiate deals to meet sales targets and optimise space utilisation.
  • Respond to all sales enquiries professionally and promptly, in line with brand standards.

Client Experience & On-boarding

  • Confidently conduct tailored tours of Square Works and The Square Club, showcasing our facilities with enthusiasm and insight.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all workspace availability and upcoming opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Community and Facilities teams to ensure a seamless on-boarding experience for new members.

Partnerships & Community Engagement

  • Build and nurture relationships with start-ups, SMEs, and corporate clients.
  • Represent Square Works at networking events, business meetups, and local community engagements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with third-party brokers and key external partners.

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute targeted campaigns that drive qualified leads.
  • Work closely with the Square Club Membership team to ensure members receive a consistent and positive experience through the generation of new partnerships.
  • Assist senior management with monthly and quarterly reporting, providing insights on trends, performance, and opportunities for growth.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve sales strategy, customer engagement, and service delivery.
  • Monitor competitors, keeping on top of competitor sales and strategies.

About You

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the workspace, hospitality, or property sectors.
  • Confident communicator and natural networker with strong presentation skills.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Comfortable working across teams and balancing commercial goals with community values.
  • Passionate about growing businesses, building connections, and delivering excellent client experiences.
