Have you ever wanted to do any mystery shopping? Have you stayed in hotels before and want to get involved in improving our service?
Quarter Ltd in Clifton, Bristol are looking for people to do some 'mystery caller' work - calling our hotel reception, central reservation and night porter teams once a month and recording the calls to check company procedures are being followed and provide valuable feedback on where improvements can be made!
What would this involve?
This would suit a student, graduate, professional or homemaker who has some free time and would like to make some extra money. Successful candidates can expect to be offered work of this sort every couple of months. We are looking for candidates who could commit to doing at least 3 batches of calls for us.
Please note that the outcome of the calls affects the bonus for each member of staff so these calls are taken very seriously. For this reason, we will not accept applicants who have an affiliation with any existing members of the front of house teams.
Please note that applicants will need to have an excellent level of English to be considered for this position. Suitable applicants will be interviewed over the telephone and will be contacted within a week of applying.
