We are looking for a diligent and enthusiastic Front Office Assistant (32 hours per week) within Quarter Short Lets. Working with the team at our Head Office in Clifton, our ideal applicant will be proactive, organised and have great people skills.
This is a friendly and fun team who operate at a high level - we're looking for someone who can fit in from the first day and help us move this department forwards! If you are looking for some office-based, reception / customer service-type work, this is the role for you!
Quarter Short Lets is part of Quarter – an established, independent community of hospitality businesses that has been satisfying guests for over 60 years! Quarter Short Lets is comprised of two brands: Clifton Short Lets and Host360. The Clifton Short Lets department runs short-term letting in our shared houses in Clifton, and Host360 manages bookings and housekeeping for short-term holiday and corporate lets across Bristol.

While this role is office based, it is also customer facing. The successful applicant will have excellent customer service skills and, ideally, some experience in the hospitality sector. The ability to multi-task and prioritise is very important, as well as being able to work well under pressure. We are looking for a reliable, organised person who shows initiative!
Our ideal Front Office Assistant will be confident and a great communicator, able to handle any enquiries in a welcoming and professional manner. Previous experience using a hospitality property management system or channel manager will be advantageous, but not mandatory, as training will be provided to candidates who haven't used them before. A good understanding of Microsoft Office is required.
