Clifton Short Lets manage a variety of residential properties in Clifton. Our friendly in-house cleaning team are at the heart of what we do. We are looking for a Short Lets Cleaner to join the team to help ensure that the short lets properties that we manage look great all the time! We are, ideally, looking for one person who can work at lest 30 hours per week, but multiple, part time positions may also be considered. 

There is no requirement for a driving license for this role as the properties are all within walking distance of the department office - in the St Paul's Road area of Clifton (behind the Victoria Rooms). 

No experience is required, as we provide full training, but some evidence of a similar job (hands on, physical) would be preferred. 

Details of the Short Lets Cleaning role:

• Hourly rate: £12.45 per hour - rising to £12.95 per hour upon successful completion of probation (12 weeks approx.)
  
• Either 15+ hours per week (usually worked over 3 shifts each week) or 30+ hours per week (usually worked over 5 shifts each week).

• Hours of work will fall on a rota basis to include weekend shifts. The department usually operates between 8am-5pm Monday to Sunday. As a cleaning team member, your shift finish time will often be more like 3-4pm.
• Fixed working days may be offered but most team members are required to work at least one weekend day regularly

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning properties as assigned on the rota
• Daily 'tidy up' communal area cleans of our short lets properties (bathrooms/kitchens)
• Weekly deep cleans of communal areas (bathrooms/kitchens) in our short lets properties.
• Cleaning tenant bedrooms upon check out
• Restocking kitchen and bathroom supplies (tea, coffee, shampoo etc)
• Reporting any property maintenance issues to the manager
• Checking for extra tasks required at the property that day and carrying them out

• Previous cleaning experience is desirable
