Tuesday June 4th saw the much-anticipated opening of the first phase of Quarter’s new flagship office space, Square Works. With a mix of private offices and a combination of hot-desking options, Square Works provides a unique working environment for creative industries in the heart of Bristol.

Part of the exclusive Square Club located just two doors up, the two venues will enjoy a special partnership whereby Square Works residents can enjoy full membership to Bristol’s leading private members club, restaurant and cocktail bar, leaving residents wanting for nothing!

The standards at Square Works are frankly exceptional. It’s unveiling was the culmination of months of hard work by the Property Development Team where it was all hands on deck to ensure that the finish was absolutely perfect. Come down and check it out for yourself, Kevin, the Community Manager is always on hand to show visitors around the space.

To celebrate the opening of Square Works and the welcoming of our first tenants, which coincided with the 60th anniversary of Quarter, we hosted a spectacular garden party on Berkeley Crescent on July 4th. Invitations were for members of staff past and present, as well as local businesses that have supported Quarter since it started as a single B&B six decades ago.
