We’re pleased to announce that we’ve made the shortlist for this year’s Bristol Life Awards!

With some stiff competition from across the city, Quarter have made it to the final five companies in the 2022 Leisure & Tourism category of these prestigious awards. These awards have been going for a number of years and are one of the business highlights of the city, involving the greatest number of local companies.

2021 was a standout year for us due to the extensive number of projects and developments we’ve undertaken. We also expanded our profile: opening new offices in our premium co-working space Square Works, and opening a brand-new pizza restaurant, Pizza on the Park.

We did these projects all while successfully bouncing back from the pandemic lockdowns - the Quarter HR team (consisting of 2 team members) hired over 100 people in 2021, which led to one of the team winning ‘Unsung Hero’ award at the recent Bristol Hoteliers Night of the Stars event.

Quarter has over 70 years’ experience in the Bristol leisure and tourism industry- we are unique because we know and love Bristol. From community workspaces, Bristol's first Art Hotel, vibrant restaurants and to our partnership with 'HowTheLightGetsIn' the World's largest philosophy and music festival,  we are proud to offer such a diverse portfolio of hospitality to Bristol.  We are an independent Bristol business and are immersed in Bristol culture. We instil this love of Bristol culture in our staff to create a real community.

We are constantly growing and evolving in different directions, but everything we do is united by our desire to give our customers the best individual experiences, while also making our products even better, greener and more community focused. We’re delighted that our focus on local growth has been recognised and we’re hoping the independent team of judges will honour us with victory!

The winners will be announced on 18^th May at a glamorous event at Ashton Gate. We’ve already got our gowns at the dry cleaners! Best to luck to all our fellow finalists.
