We are looking for a charismatic and proactive Assistant Manager to join our team at Pizza on the Park! This full time position would suit someone who loves a fast-paced environment and is a natural leader, able to instantly connect with our customers and motivate the front of house team.

We are looking for someone who loves hospitality and is ready to jump into a new Assistant Manager role in Bristol's top spot for pizza (#1 for pizza restaurants in Bristol on Tripadvisor!). Read on for more! 

Key information for the Assistant Manager role:

Hours: Full time, 45 hours per week (worked over 5 shifts on a rota, to include weekend work)

Salary: Package £29,250 per annum including bonuses and service charge

Shift pattern: You will work 5 days a week to a rota (to include weekends). You will be the manager on duty on rotation with the General Manager and your fellow Assistant Manager.

About our ideal Assistant Manager:

As Assistant Manager, you will be:

• A confident people person who is switched on and willing to get stuck in!
• Able to juggle multiple demands whilst keeping tabs on your team and the venue
• Reliable, versatile and hard-working

• Able to work to a rota including weekends - the restaurant is open seven days a week from Midday – 10pm (11pm on Fridays and Saturdays)

You'll be a key part of the management team at Pizza on the Park - working closely with the General Manager, Aruna, to ensure that the restaurant goes from strength to strength!

What you’ll be doing as Assistant Manager:

• Duty management of our restaurant - working a mixture of day and evening shifts
• Checking guest feedback on Tripadvisor and other online forums and responding as needed
• Training, holding one to one meetings and motivating your team to ensure they provide great service
• Maintaining high standards of quality control
• Checking stock levels and ordering stock
• Cash handling and daily cash ups
• Contributing ideas to help drive the business forward
• Managing a large front of house team as well as serving customers yourself - our management teams are very hands-on!
