We are looking for a creative, friendly and charismatic Bar Supervisor to join the team at The Square. While this is a part time role, it's on the high end of part time, offering 25-35 hours per week, usually worked over 3-4 shifts per week. Some bar experience is required, and above all we're looking for a natural leader, ideally with some supervisory experience who is friendly, proactive and who'll be great with our guests and members! Who are we? The Square is Bristol's premier private members' club for the media and arts industries. Comprising a sumptuous lower deck members' bar, fine dining restaurant, events space and stunning outdoor garden space this is a venue that delivers on many fronts! As Bar Supervisor, you can expect to support our small bar team, taking great care to ensure our guests have a great experience, whether you're serving a member or a hotel guest for a quiet drink, a busy private party or wedding, or one of our many bespoke members' events.

Location: The Square Club, on Berkeley Square in Clifton (BS8)
Hours: 25-35 hours per week, usually worked over 3-4 shifts per week (these hours are guaranteed on your contract - no zero-hours here!)
Typical shift timings: your usual shift timings will be evenings, starting around 4pm or 5pm, and finishing by 10:30pm on weeknight shifts, and closer to 1:30am on Friday and Saturday evening shifts. The rota-based nature of this role means that there will likely be some variation from this pattern on occasion.
Pay: £12.50 per hour plus service charge (paid monthly)
