We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to help ensure things run smoothly in our restaurant, Square Kitchen. We'd like someone with front of house experience but, more importantly, a winning, fun-loving personality and energy coming out of their ears! You’ll have a passion for great food and fantastic service and be able to work with the Restaurant Manager to inspire the Front of House team to provide the best experience for our guests.

What you’ll be doing as Restaurant Supervisor:

• Duty management of our restaurant - working a mixture of day and evening shifts
• Checking guest feedback via in house questionnaires, on Tripadvisor and other online forums and responding as needed
• Training your team to ensure they provide great service
• Maintaining high standards of quality control
  
• Cash handling and daily cash ups
• Contributing ideas to help drive the business forward
  

Key information for the Restaurant Supervisor role:

Hours: part time, 20 hours per week (worked over approx. 2-3 shifts per week on a rota basis, to include weekend work) 

Salary: Hourly rate of £11 per hour plus approximately £600 - £1000​ per annum service charge and around £1,440 per annum bonus. 

Shift pattern: You will work 2-3 shifts per week to a rota (to include weekends and evenings).
