Quarter is looking for a friendly, customer-focused and confident Assistant Front Office Manager to join the team at Quarter Short Lets.
Based at our friendly head office building in Clifton, Quarter Short Lets is a thriving part of our group here at Quarter and is comprised of two brands: Clifton Short Lets and Host360. The Clifton Short Lets department runs short-term letting in our shared houses in Clifton, and Host360 manages bookings and housekeeping for short-term holiday and corporate lets across Bristol.
This is a varied and dynamic role that is guaranteed to be rewarding and enjoyable! This rare opportunity to join the team at junior management level would be a great opportunity for someone who has had some experience working in a customer-facing setting, whether that's another property management company or other hospitality-related experience, backed up ideally by strong admin and organisation skills. Whether you have managed a team before or feel ready to step up to that level of responsibility, we'd love to hear from you!
This role would suit anyone looking to take their first steps in managing a team, or to build on any supervisory skills already gained in your current or previous roles. Whilst the scope of the role is mainly managing a front office team, you will be a key member of the department management team and will have a voice at a higher level. This is a role where you will find yourself learning every day and honing your people and business management skills.
To apply for this role, please send your CV and covering letter via the apply now link. The closing date for applications is Friday 29th November 2024.
The interview process will involve a first round telephone interview with a member of the HR team. Applicants who are successful at this stage will then be invited in to a short first round interview held remotely via Zoom, followed by an eventual final round, in person interview at our premises in Clifton, Bristol.
