Square Works is an award-winning, creative co-working space based on Berkeley Square in Clifton. We are looking to expand our facilities team with a part time Facilities Assistant / Office Cleaner (20 hours per week, over 5 evening shifts).  If you are looking for some evening work (weekdays only!) - perhaps to sit alongside another job or study etc - then this is the role for you!

Details of the Facilities Assistant / Office Cleaner position:

• 20 hours per week - worked over 5 evenings, Monday-Friday (approx. 4 hours per day)
• This is an evening role, usually working from 6pm-10pm, Monday-Friday (there is no weekend work)
• Based at Square Works on Berkeley Square in Clifton, Bristol
• £12.25 per hour
• Working independently (key holder) and in a small team
• Reporting to the Facilities & Operations Manager

What will you be doing as Facilities Assistant / Office Cleaner?

• Cleaning and removing rubbish from the offices and breakout spaces in the building
• Cleaning communal kitchens, office spaces and bathrooms
• Cleaning public areas
• Please note there is a lift at Square Works

Who is our ideal Facilities Assistant / Office Cleaner?

You are a reliable and fun worker who can work within a small team or independently. You have great attention to detail and a methodical working approach to ensure that everything that needs to be done gets done! You have a good level of English and are a friendly and welcoming member of staff.

Please note that, whilst this role is in the evenings, you may meet our members and interact with them so some customer service skills would be a bonus! You will also be physically fit and able to cope with the demands of the role.
