Quarter have a fantastic opportunity for a full time Junior Accounts Assistant to join the accounts team in our Clifton-based Head Office.

Our Accounts Team is at the heart of our company – ensuring all financial processes run smoothly. They are more than just a ‘numbers’ team – they build relationships with suppliers and with department heads and provide vital reporting that informs decisions and drives our business. They are, in short, the engine that keeps Quarter operating successfully! Openings in this team don't crop up very often, so if you want to be a part of the action get in touch!
Salary: Package of £25,420 per annum including £1,500 of bonuses (OTE, linked to performance). Agreed overtime is paid at an equivalent hourly rate.
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday. There is a little flexibility with the hours of the day worked; 8am – 4pm, 9am – 5pm and 10am – 6pm will all be considered.
During your training period, the role will be based in our offices in Clifton (just behind the Victoria Rooms) for 5 days per week, Monday to Friday. Once training has been completed, this position will be based in our Head Office in Clifton for at least 2 days a week and may work from home for up to three days a week in all weeks except the first week of each month where the requirement is to be in the office for all 5 days (as this is our management accounts week).

Candidates must be able to learn fast and must have strong numerate skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is highly desirable but not essential as long as you can demonstrate aptitude and the ability to learn. Accounts experience is preferable, but not required.
