At Quarter, our goal is to have kitchen teams that are happy and productive - our chefs don't work crazy hours, have supportive (not shouty!) Head Chefs who are all willing to develop the teams' skills and a good work life balance, with Christmas off and New Year (in some units) and a rota pattern that you can plan around (we do appreciate that Christmas is now some way away!)! We can be flexible with start dates to work around notice/other commitments etc.
As a Chef within Quarter's community of independent restaurants you will be part of a high performing team producing high quality dishes. All our venues are in Clifton, Bristol and are thriving - we are looking forward to a fun summer full of events and happy diners! All chefs joining our teams will enjoy fantastic opportunities for development and growth, with plenty of opportunities for progression - we want people to see this as we do, as a valuable and fun career choice!
