The Square have a fantastic opportunity to join their fine-dining, award-winning, kitchen as a full time Chef de Partie.

Key information for the Chef de Partie role:

Hours: Full time - 45 hours per week. You will get 2 days off per week and work predominantly straight shifts.

Pay:​£30,012 package (comprising basic salary of £27,612 per annum plus £1800 per annum in KPI bonuses and £600 per annum service charge bonus). Overtime is paid if worked!

Signing on bonus: You will receive a £250 signing on bonus in your first pay

A typical week - As The Square you will be part of a close team who work hard to get the job done but have fun at the same time! The Square is a versatile venue - with events, weddings and the A la Carte menu all being a feature of any given week. 

About our ideal Chef de Partie:

You’re friendly, confident and a great team player. You love to cook and are passionate about providing our guests with excellent food. You are able to work with great attention to detail and consistency, maintain high standards in all aspects of your role, and are keen to learn and progress!

Ideally, you’ll have some experience within a similar fine-dining kitchen but this is not a requirement - it's more important that you have great skills, a passion for food and the right attitude! You may be a strong commis chef or an existing demi chef de partie looking to take on a new challenge.

What you’ll be doing as Chef de Partie:

• Prepare and cook food for our a la carte and special event menus
• Supporting more junior chefs
• Ensure the kitchen is kept clean and tidy during your shift
• Act as a good team player
