Racks Bar & Kitchen are looking for a personable and proactive Breakfast Supervisor to join their team and oversee the breakfast service. Racks has a reputation for friendly, fun service delivered with a smile, great food and a fantastic atmosphere! Hours: part time, 20-25 hours per week (usually worked over 5 short morning shifts), on a rota basis to include weekends. All morning shifts, finishing by mid-morning.
Pay: £11.60 per hour for breakfast supervisor shifts. Any overtime hours (for example, on occasion you may have the option to extend some shifts to also help out with lunch service) will be paid at the standard front of house pay rate (from £10.50-£11.50 per hour)
A typical week: Your shifts will start from approx. 6am (weekdays) or 7am (weekends). You will usually finish by either 10:30am or 11:30am. During the breakfast service, you will be mainly catering to guests of Racks' adjacent hotel, the Clifton Hotel, as well as members or the public.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to take the next step in their hospitality career while keeping shifts in the morning and daytime.
You’ll be a friendly, outgoing and confident morning person – passionate about providing excellent customer service! This role would suit someone with previous experience in a similar front of house or supervisory role who is looking to take on more responsibility. You will be supervising a small team, so the ability to make decisions and balance priorities is essential.
This position will report to the breakfast manager, Ellie Clarke.
