Key details for the Accounts Trainee Assistant Manager role:
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday. An additional 4 hours is worked in week one of each month to help compile the management accounts with a ½ lieu day being accrued to be taken later in the month.
Location: During your training period, the role will be based in Head Office, in Clifton, for 5 days per week, Monday to Friday. Once training has been completed, this position will be hybrid-remote with scope for a few working-from-home days each week except week one of each month where you will be required to be in the office for all five days.
Salary: Package of £29,050 per annum including OTE bonus of £1,800. There would be a pay review after 6 months when the role would ideally change from Trainee Assistant Manager to Assistant Manager.

To be successful in this role you will:
Candidates must be able to pick up new systems confidently. Strong numeracy skills and a head for numbers are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is highly desirable but not essential as long as you can demonstrate aptitude and the ability to learn. Previous accounts or management experience is not necessary as full training will be provided, with possible opportunities also for external training (e.g. AAT courses), however experience in one of those two areas would be preferred.
