We’re on the hunt for a passionate, talented Chef de Partie to join our friendly brigade at No.4 Clifton Village - a fine dining-adjacent, modern seasonal restaurant and events venue at the heart of Bristol’s vibrant Clifton Village area.

As our new Chef de Partie, you’ll work alongside a team of four chefs and one KP, producing bold, seasonal, modern British dishes in a kitchen that’s all about celebrating the finest British produce. From à la carte to weddings, private dining to other events, your day-to-day will be varied, rewarding, and full of flavour.

• £30,952 per year package, comprising a basic salary of £29,952 per year + on target earnings bonus of £1,500 per annum. This will be reviewed in March 2026.
• Full-time - 5 shifts per week (on a rota, to include occasional breakfasts, weekends and evenings)

What you’ll be doing as Chef de Partie:

• Preparing and cooking seasonal, high-quality food for our à la carte and private event menus
• Getting stuck in to our Afternoon Teas
• Supporting more junior chefs and the team in general
• Ensuring the kitchen is kept clean and tidy during your shift
• Acting as a good team player

• Solid experience in fresh food, high-quality kitchens (fine dining or events is a bonus)
• A friendly personality and a team-player attitude
  
• A calm, positive approach - even when the pass is on fire
• Ambition, a sense of humour, and a genuine love for food
