Latest Coronavirus update
In order to protect the safety of our staff and customers we have taken the very difficult decision to temporarily close our hotels, restaurants, private members’ club, co-working space and cafe.
During this period of downtime, we’re doing everything we can to ensure that we’re ready to open our doors and welcome our guests back as soon as it is safe to do so. Currently, we’re hopeful that this will be some time in June.
The well-being of our guests, members and staff is, as always, of paramount importance and we have ensured we are meeting the latest guidance on hygiene and cleanliness. The coronavirus has brought this to the fore and whilst we are closed, we’re making sure we are prepared to reopen in a way that will keep everybody safe. We’re reviewing our protocols and taking steps which include increased training of staff and more stringent cleaning procedures.
Hotel bookings
Our reservations department is still available to help you via email with any queries, so please do get in touch. We’re currently taking reservations through the website from 1st June. Please note that we currently have a reduced team so it may take a little longer than normal to get back to you.
Short Lets
Our short lets team have also been keeping busy providing accommodation for key workers and people needing to self-isolate and will continue to do so. For more information, visit cliftonshortlets.com.
Weddings & Events
You can still reach out team to enquire about existing bookings or to plan a new event by contacting events@qrter.com
Workspace
We’ve temporarily closed our co-working space, Square Works, in order to ensure the safety of our staff and members. In order to help our members through this difficult time we have waived rental payments for the whole period where we are closed. We wanted to do what we could to help in these exceptional circumstances.
We look forward to reopening our doors as soon as we are able to do so. In the meantime, take care, keep well and our very best wishes to all.
