As Hotel Receptionist, you will need to be friendly, sales-driven and confident. You will take pride in your work and will ensure that each of our guests has the best experience possible.
This position may be in any of our hotels - the Berkeley Square, The Clifton, The Rodney or The Washington - we like to have a chat to you on the phone to ascertain which team we feel you will fit into most!
Hours: Part time, 24 hours per week worked to a rota that will include evening and weekend work (you will have between 1.5 and 2 weekends in 3 off)
Shift times: 3 shifts per week, comprising a combination of early shifts (approx. 7am - 3pm) and late shifts (approx. 2pm - 10pm)
Salary: £10 per hour - a total package of £12,480 per annum plus uncapped bonuses for this 24 hour per week position.
Overtime: Agreed overtime is paid. Non-agreed overtime is not paid, but may be taken as time in lieu with the agreement of your manager.

You are friendly, confident and passionate about providing fantastic customer service to our guests. You’ll be a team player – willing and able to help out where needed and support your colleagues. You are motivated by meeting targets and are sales driven. You’ll also enjoy the more administrative side of the role and will have fantastic attention to detail and the ability to anticipate what guests need!

The interview process:
