W are looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef / Pizzaiolo to join our team of six chefs and three kitchen porters. The right candidate will be involved in running service on quieter days, developing our more junior chefs and contributing menu ideas alongside our Head and Sous Chef.

The
ideal candidate will have a real flair for cooking, a sense of fun,
excellent leadership skills, a winning personality and a strong work
ethic. You'll have some experience working with Italian flavours, with making and hand-stretching Pizza dough and making and cooking fresh pasta. You'll also be used to working at pace but whilst maintaining your quality! This is an open kitchen, so keeping the right temperament is vital!
This would be a great opportunity for an
existing Chef de Partie / Pizzaiolo who is looking to build upon previous experience
and knowledge in a thriving and successful restaurant. You will be
joining a passionate and highly skilled team and so will be a great
opportunity to learn quickly and develop your skills!
