Quarter is looking for a friendly, sales driven and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join the team at The Rodney Hotel.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has had some experience working in hotels - perhaps as a receptionist or Reception/front desk supervisor. You will be responsible the management of the reception and night porter teams - ensuring that they are happy, performing well and getting the training and development they need!

You are friendly, confident and passionate about providing fantastic customer service to our guests. You will, ideally, have experience working in a hotel reception before and are familiar with using a hotel PMS (we use Opera, but experience with other systems is absolutely fine as training will be offered).
Most importantly, however, you will be a natural leader - able to get your team on side and performing well at all times!
You'll have a business mind and will use it to ensure your team are focussed on the right objectives to ensure success. Above all, you'll be an adaptable, team player - hotel management is different every day - you will thrive in this kind of environment!

The interview process:
Applicants will be contacted by email in the first instance to arrange a a time for an informal chat. If you are successful at this stage, you will have a more formal, Zoom interview with the Hotels and Development Director. Applicants who are successful at this stage will then have a final zoom or in person interview with the hotel manager and a member of the HR team.
