Square Works offers the only high-end part and full time serviced offices and co-working space within a private members’ club in Bristol. We have finished phase 3 of our refurbishment and are looking to expand our team with a fantastic new Community Associate.

Who is our ideal person?
You will excel at customer service; have a ‘nothing is too much trouble’ attitude, a positive nature and an unflappable temperament. You will be a confident communicator and be a fantastic advocate for the Square Works brand and values.
You’ll be extremely organised and able to handle the administrative side of the role whilst coping with any interruptions that may occur if members have questions. You will also show exceptional attention to detail, be trustworthy and have a great sense of humour!

Applicants will be contacted by HR initially and we’ll have an informal chat about the role to assess your suitability. The next stage would be a, Zoom, first round interview with the Hotels and Development Director followed by a final round, Zoom, interview with the Community Manager at Square works. After that you’ll be invited to a 2-3 hour trial at Square Works so you can see what the role involves and meet our team!
